Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joshua Ross - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
Benefits include license reimbursement, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
