Assistant Branch Manager - Sales Manager Trainee

Overview & Responsibilities Are you looking for an entry‑level position with a clear path to management? This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year (paid hourly), an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually , a $1,500 sign‑on bonus , and a comprehensive benefits package. The position is 100% onsite . Responsibilities As an Assistant Branch Manager you will complete an 18–24 month on‑the‑job paid training program, learning all aspects of branch operations and management. After training you will manage an assigned branch, building new loan business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day‑to‑day tasks include: Developing new loan opportunities by contacting customers and recommending appropriate consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Educating customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation. Assisting with loan application processing, making payment reminder calls, and evaluating loan applications. Performing risk analysis and making credit decisions. Administering loan closings and processing insurance claims. Supporting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans to achieve goals. Successful candidates will contribute to branch growth and receive promotion opportunities, including a relocation package for those moving to a Branch Manager role. Requirements Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Sales, or related field). 1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience preferred but not required. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen. Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products. Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.
