Marketing Manager

Fresh Express is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team in Orlando.Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for a strong CPG food marketer who wants broad exposure across brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital and social media, consumer insights, innovation, shopper marketing and agency management.We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution - someone who can take a business or consumer opportunity, turn it into a compelling marketing program, and work across internal teams and agency partners to bring it to life.What You'll DoHelp develop and execute annual brand and integrated marketing plansWork closely with advertising, media, social, PR, influencer, research and other agency partnersDevelop agency briefs and lead programs from strategy and creative development through execution and measurementManage digital, social, influencer, video, media and consumer activation programsTrack campaign performance and translate data into insights, recommendations and actionsPartner with Sales and Category Management to develop customer and shopper marketing programsSupport innovation and new product launches, including consumer insights, positioning, packaging and launch activationMonitor consumer, category, competitive and cultural trends and identify opportunities for the brandWork cross-functionally with Sales, Innovation, R&D, Category Management, Operations, Finance, Food Safety and other teamsManage marketing budgets, timelines and agency deliverablesDevelop presentations and recommendations for Marketing and senior leadershipHelp continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing investmentsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of progressive marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), specifically within the food industryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is a plusExperience developing and executing integrated consumer marketing programsStrong experience working with external marketing agenciesDigital, social media and influencer marketing experienceExperience supporting innovation and new product launchesStrong analytical and financial skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent project management, communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organizationA self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in fresh, refrigerated, perishable or produce categories is a strong plusWhy Fresh Express?Fresh Express is a leader in fresh, convenient foods with a long history of innovation in value-added salads.
