Requirements

• Required certification: Social Worker
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:sent to manager for interview need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT CONSIDERED LCSW and BLS required and must be 5150 certified in CA (5150 is a involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour hold in a psychiatric facility. It's used when an individual is believed to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental health condition) Obtaining 5150 includes completing a training program and passing an exam with 80% Business casual attire and unit offers "Care Coordination" white lab coats. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:8hr Days Required Certifications:BLS Certification
