Job Title: Social Worker Profession: Social Worker Specialty: Social Work Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years License: LCSW Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: 5150 certified in CA Description: Candidates must have prior experience in California. Candidates cannot have been directly employed by any facility within the past year. Candidates who were employed through outside firms will be considered. The LCSW and BLS certifications are required. Candidates must be 5150 certified in California. The 5150 certification involves completing a training program and passing an exam with a minimum score of 80%. Business casual attire is expected. White lab coats are provided for care coordination purposes. The cancellation policy allows for the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment. The charting system used is Cerner. This position does not require a BSN.
