As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Entry in Delray Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Your professional presence and clear communication will help support a welcoming environment while addressing security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to commercial real estate facilities by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and maintaining required access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly flow of people and vehicles at assigned access points while providing professional, courteous service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
