Server - Part Time
1818 Bistro | 515 South Main Street
Join the vibrant team at 1818 Bistro, formerly known as Braddens, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a welcoming atmosphere. As a part-time server, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that our guests enjoy their time in our full-service restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Food and Drink Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Table Maintenance: Assist with general table upkeep and restaurant cleanliness.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities.
- POS System Knowledge: Utilize the Toast POS system or similar for order processing.
- Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wines, and specialty beverages.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant server role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
