Role Description The Supervisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Fort Wayne, IN. This role oversees daily operations within an assigned area, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The Supervisor guides and supports team members, provides coaching and feedback, and assists with training to maintain consistent standards and improve skills. This position is responsible for tracking metrics, resolving operational issues, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The Supervisor also participates in continuous improvement initiatives and helps implement process changes to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, delegate, and develop team members. Operational and organizational skills, such as workflow coordination, time management, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and guiding staff. Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar operational environments; HVAC or energy‑related industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with safety standards, quality practices, and basic data or metric tracking tools. Ability to work on‑site in Fort Wayne, IN and adapt to a fast‑paced, continuously improving environment.
