New Dawn Treatment Center, established over 30 years ago, is dedicated to serving over a thousand individuals each year through our ten inpatient and outpatient locations. Our mission focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment with a person-centered approach, ensuring that every client experiences transformative care.
Summary
TheIT Coordinator manages technical infrastructure, ensures datasecurity,and supports staff with their technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technicalassistanceto staff for hardware,software,and network issues.
- Manager andmaintainthe companys infrastructure, including computers,networks,and servers.
- Ensure staff can effectively use the EMR system and other specialized software.
- Ensure the IT environment meets all security standards and is compliant with regulations like HIPAA.
- Assistin planning and implementing new IT projects, such as systemupgradesor new software rollouts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
- Must have andmaintaina valid drivers license, clean driving record, andmaintainpersonal auto insurance coverage.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications arerequired.
- Must havea currentTB test or chest x-ray.
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
