Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze records related to individuals entering the pre-court process
• Gather, organize, and compile relevant information from data analysis in both electronic and physical formats
• Present findings and case details to operational management and Toll Authority representatives as required
• Prepare and submit evidence packets for county court proceedings, ensuring all prosecutorial requirements are met
• Monitor payment activity for Toll Road violations and notify management regarding overdue or unresolved accounts
• Maintain and update databases with information received from Toll Road violators throughout the pre-court collection process
• Complete assigned workloads in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and required timelines
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing deadlines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to interpret data and recommend appropriate actions based on findings
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Experience in call center operations, data entry, banking, collections, or related fields preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a professional office environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
