Position Overview

As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you will represent our telecommunications clients in established retail locations throughout the San Jose area.

You will engage directly with customers, introduce available products and services, explain promotional offers, and help customers find solutions that meet their needs.

This is an in-person, customer-facing sales and promotional marketing position , not a remote, digital marketing, or social media management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent telecommunications brands and promotional campaigns in retail environments.
• Engage with customers to introduce wireless products, services, and promotional offers.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales objectives.
• Deliver clear and accurate product presentations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products, promotions, and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in sales training, marketing campaign discussions, and professional development.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
