Inspections & maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on crane systems to ensure optimal function.

• Troubleshooting: Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, implementing timely, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & testing: Perform tests and inspections to verify equipment meets safety regulations and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough records of maintenance and repair activities for future service and regulatory compliance.
• Team collaboration: Work with team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring prompt, efficient service for customers.

• Experience & skills: Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment repair experience, with proficiency using measurement tools (multi-meter, feeler gauges, calipers) and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues; valid driver's license required for site travel.
• Growth mindset: Candidates with limited experience but strong potential and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, backed by the company's commitment to comprehensive training.
• Mobility & heights: Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, and operate scissor or boom lifts while working at height.
• Confined spaces & awareness: Comfort working in confined spaces and near loud equipment, with quick responsiveness to auditory alarms and visual safety signals.
• Physical strength: Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Environmental adaptability: Capability to work safely over uneven terrain and in varied conditions, including cold, heat, and confined spaces.
