Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, MT | 3x12 - Hour Shifts | Base Pay Starting at $25.63 per hour for LPN's and $31.63 per hour for RN's

Glendive Medical Center is hiring full-time RNs and LPNs to support patient care across our Acute Care Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple specialties while contributing to a collaborative care environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care across inpatient and specialty departments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition
• Work alongside providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Support and guide nursing assistants and support staff
• Educate patients and families
• Follow clinical and safety protocols

Work areas include: ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care

What You Bring

• Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
• BLS certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time, three 12-hour shifts
• Rotating day/night shifts
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
