This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate estimating and coordinated repair planning while communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process. Responsibilities Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details in a timely and accurate manner. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process while delivering excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery. Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members. Greet customers in person and on the phone with positive energy. Understand required insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required. Support all team members when required. Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required). Attend training and workshops recommended by the Store Manager. Qualifications Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. High School Diploma or equivalent; awareness of where to look for answers. Basic computer skills; experience with DRP compliance. Minimum of 1 year of experience. I-CAR training (preferred); valid driver’s license.
