Job Title: Foster Home Supervisor Location: Aurora/Denver, CO Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00–$24.00/hour Date Posted: 08/14/2026 About The Role The Foster Home Supervisor supports the foster care program by engaging, supporting, and growing foster and kinship homes to ensure the best possible placements for children. This role works directly with a team and foster homes to assess needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure homes meet and maintain certification requirements. The Foster Home Supervisor operates in a dynamic environment that includes community-based home visits, engagement with youth placed in foster homes, and office-based responsibilities to ensure required documentation and compliance. Providing more flexibility and experience opportunities, the role also support the outreach and development of new homes for the agency. This position also provides on-call support on a rotational basis to assist foster homes in crisis situations and prevent placement disruptions.
