Analyst

Responsibilities Monitoring and reporting of the investment activity and performance of leading private markets firms Use performance reporting systems and analytics dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) to compile accurate and timely reports internally and for external deliverables Processing and reconciling quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activity of monitored funds, and providing information used in preparing client reports Managing data requests and reporting deadlines for assigned clients Actively collaborate with various SPAR Client Teams to obtain all necessary information required for completion of deliverables, compiling final information in a manner consistent with SPAR’s global reporting master template standards Assist in execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes, ensuring proper data practices and methodologies are applied Taking ownership of daily and weekly duties involving client requests and cash flow data Completing assigned Monthly and Quarterly reports for clients in a timely manner Assist the team with fulfilling accurate Fee/Carry deliverables on a quarterly and annual basis Remain organized while adjusting to competing demands, aiming to beat rather than meet deadlines Develop a deep understanding of reporting tools, industry best practices and proprietary reporting systems Assist the team on specific quarterly, annual, or ad hoc projects and client-related requests Assist in developing and maintaining new and enhanced data-related content for client deliverables Performs other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate Assists with projects, as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related fields Experience in data analysis or performance reporting preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills Promote and demonstrate a positive, team‑oriented attitude Highly motivated self-starter who quickly adapts to a fast-changing environment to learn recent technologies and tools Salary Salary Range - $68,000 - $70,000 The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
