If you have a passion for people, luxury retail, and creating lasting impressions, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude. Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations. Deliver Forbes Five-Star service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system. Answer telephone inquiries and assist with merchandise questions. Help maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with receiving, restocking, pricing, and inventory management. Build relationships with returning members by learning their preferences and providing personalized service. Work collaboratively with teammates to create an exceptional shopping experience. Qualifications Training & Experience Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Luxury retail, boutique, resort, country club, or hospitality experience is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Job Knowledge Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently move throughout the retail shop assisting guests. Lift, carry, or move merchandise up to 25 pounds. Use a telephone, point-of-sale system, and other retail equipment.
