We are currently seeking an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with pediatric clients across a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other team members. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of clients. Develop individualized therapy plans and provide targeted speech and language therapy. Offer support and guidance to clients and families throughout the therapeutic process. Monitor and track client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other therapists, healthcare providers, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Speech-Language Pathologist – Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP) . Current and valid New Jersey Speech Therapist license and certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed speech therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Schedule & Flexibility Part-time position with flexibility in scheduling. During the summertime, available for cases between the hours of 9:00am-6:00pm; during the school year, available for afternoon cases (between 3pm-7pm). Monday to Friday work schedule and some weekend availability (if applicable). Required Experience Exceptional communication skills. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from a session. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting (50lbs +). Must be able to legally work in the United States.
