We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Winona, Kansas. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kansas
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, treatments, and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
