Assistant Project ManagerLocation: Coventry - Midlands RegionSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annumPackage: Company Vehicle w/ Fuel Card or Vehicle Allowance + 29 Days annual leave including Public Holidays + Bonus Scheme & Excellent Company BenefitsWorking for a regional contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance and construction schemes across commercial, education, healthcare and public sector projects, including both small works and larger design-and-build contracts.The Role:The role will support Project Managers in the delivery of construction and maintenance projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Key duties include:Supporting the management of construction projects and small works schemes.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.Assisting with project reporting, valuations and final accounts.Attending site and client meetings.Supporting health & safety and CDM compliance.Assisting with procurement and tender preparation.Monitoring project progress, costs and programme delivery.Maintaining high levels of client and customer service.The Requirements:Previous Site Management or Site Supervision experience within construction would be highly desired.Good understanding of construction processes and project delivery.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Experience within commercial or design-and-build projects advantageous.Construction-related qualification preferred but not essential (HNC/HND or Degree)SMSTS or SSSTS beneficialFull UK driving licenceSound of interest?
