Property Administrator

Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong growth potential, offering hands-on exposure across all aspects of property management. The role reports directly to the Director and will work closely with building engineers, vendors, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the property, ensuring the building is clean, safe, and fully functional
• Walk the property regularly to identify and help address maintenance or operational issues
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and ongoing services
• Communicate directly with engineers to track and complete work orders
• Maintain and manage a running list of tasks and building needs
• Support tenant requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Gain exposure to budgeting, contracts, and overall property performance over time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience/interest in property management, real estate, or facilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of shifting priorities
• Comfortable working on-site and interacting with vendors, tenants, and internal teams
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
