Our brand new office opening in August 2026 is looking for two dental hygienists to join our team. This office will be located within our support office at 1200 Network Centre Dr, Effingham, Illinois 62401. Work schedule: hours TBD, office will be open Monday-Friday!

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

1-2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into daily pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We will have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid holidays, 401 (k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
