Portfolio Property Accountant: Budgets & Reporting
Phaxis
Phaxis seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for a mixed-use portfolio of commercial and residential condos. You will perform bank reconciliations, budget-to-actual variance analyses, and CAM/insurance reconciliations, ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll extract lease terms, bill rent and escalations, and collaborate on annual operating and reserve budgets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phaxis
