Ability to convey information and ideas clearly. Utilize the computer software to input property specific data. Effectively utilize the computer software to analyze hotel trends. Effectively organize the room’s inventory according to hotel occupancy on a daily basis. Black all room reservations according to the guest’s preferences and hotel occupancy. Work with the sales department to help coordinate the blocking of group functions. Review PMS inventory and house count for availability and rates. Maintain and market special guest programs. Facilitate guest room amenity deliveries. Perform Front Desk Agent responsibilities as needed. Ability to maintain, organize, and analyze guest surveys. Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Company standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of one year guest service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Experience as a Front Desk Agent, 1 year minimum preferred. Previous experience in a 4-to-5-star hotel (and the quality and services expectations associated therewith) preferred. Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
