Accounts Payable Specialist I
Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing, substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of both behavioral health and mental health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary
Responsible for managing and executing the organization's accounts payable
functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Essential in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing cash flow and building strong relationships with vendors.The Accounts Payable Specialist I must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and must possess excellent computer skills.
Skills/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or 3 or more years in related field preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in an accounts payable role.
- Experience using MS Excel to accurately input data, update spreadsheets, and maintain logs is necessary.
- Strong 10-key numerical data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Prior experience of Abila MIP highly preferred
