Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will serve as the senior clinical leader at a brand new inpatient dual-diagnosis treatment center, overseeing all aspects of clinical programming, compliance, and staff development. This individual will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment to clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. About the Role The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical programming, compliance, and staff development. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee clinical programming consistent with best practices in behavioral health and substance use treatment. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, case managers, and other clinical team members. Ensure compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure seamless coordination between clinical, medical, and operational departments. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff. Lead treatment team meetings, case reviews, and staff training. Oversee utilization review and ensure clinical justifications for medical necessity. Maintain a small caseload as needed to support program operations. Foster a culture of ethical practice, compassion, and client-centered care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active licensure in Oklahoma as LCSW, LMHC, or LPC (required). Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience working with both substance use and mental health populations (preferred). Strong knowledge of state regulations, documentation standards, and evidence-based treatment models.
