Schedule & Location:

• Evening shift, 10 hours per day
• Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Tulsa, Oklahoma

Role Overview:As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will optimize patient outcomes through safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities will include drug dispensing, managing the IV admixture program, and providing essential drug information. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will also oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting
• Manage IV admixture programs and dispense medications accurately
• Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire; ACLS required for Code Blue participation
• Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
