Spa Receptionist (Part Time)

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Spa Receptionist (Part Time).

Essential function of the job:

• Handle Spa guests with check ins/outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner
• Assist with Spa reservations, assigning therapists with appropriate treatment rooms
• Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints, assist guests in all inquires in connection with Spa or Hotel services
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and fellow departments
• Assist with duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Spa Attendant and Pool Attendant
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality
• At least 1 year of previous experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
