Wage Range: $21.00-$23.00/hour

Ready to lead a team, work outdoors, and take pride in what you create? Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced, motivated Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking team while creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew in planting, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
• Coordinate with customers and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Train, motivate, and support crew members
• Maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Help create a positive, professional, and productive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous landscaping or related experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape practices
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
• Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
