We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (US) to build, lead, and scale our US recruiting function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of recruiters while personally driving key hires across GTM and corporate functions. What You'll Do Lead and manage the US Talent Acquisition team, including coaching, performance management, and scaling the team as we grow. Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (primarily GTM, with potential expansion into additional functions). Partner with executives and senior hiring managers to define hiring plans, workforce strategy, and role profiles. Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive US markets. Standardize and elevate interview processes to ensure speed, quality, and exceptional candidate experience. Develop employer branding initiatives tailored to the US market. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve funnel performance and time-to-hire. Scale recruiting infrastructure, tools, and best practices to support hyper-growth. Requirements 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team. Strong experience hiring GTM roles in the US (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success). Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments. Proven ability to build recruiting processes and drive hiring strategy. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with senior leadership.
