A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for two full-time Pharmacists at a well-established grocery market location in Lebanon, PA. This direct hire role offers variable day and afternoon shifts with a total of 69 bi-weekly hours, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with store operations to align pharmacy activities with company strategies and foster associate engagement.
• Ensuring prescription accuracy and compliance through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Managing the pharmacy as a profitable business, driving prescription growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Assisting with inventory control and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand while maximizing profits.
• Overseeing pharmacy associates and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing medical-related inquiries and healthcare counseling.
• Maintaining pharmacy security, cleanliness, and operational order.
• Handling customer issues and collaborating with physicians as needed to resolve prescription or information concerns.
• Prioritizing departmental tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call follow-ups to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
