Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control inventory by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand while maximizing profitability.
• Accurately weigh, measure, mix medications and medical compounds, and dispense both prescription and non-prescription medications.
• Provide consultation to self-medicating patients and maintain open communication with healthcare and insurance professionals.
• Administer patient immunizations regularly as part of routine service.
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, oversee scheduling, performance recognition, disciplinary actions, and work assignments to ensure efficient pharmacy operations aligned with company goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License is required.
• Pennsylvania Immunization License is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy and ability to manage inventory effectively.
