Director of Rehabilitation

A leading healthcare facility in Queens, New York is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care and outcomes for those in our community.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists, ensuring they provide personalized, evidence-based treatments to help our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate closely with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement rehabilitation strategies, monitor patient progress, and continuously improve our rehabilitation programs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong clinical background as either an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist, with demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity. You should have a deep understanding of the latest rehabilitation techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively manage and develop a team, and a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $57 per hour on 1099 as an independent contractor.Â
