HVAC Project Manager in San Diego, CA
We are a large Mechanical Contractor and work on some of CA’s biggest and best projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large-scale Mechanical projects.
- Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC’s and Owners).
- Build/Engineer Plans, Estimate projects, Get GC and/or Owner approval, Complete Projects (managing multiple projects at same time).
- Coordinate schedules and timelines with other trades.
- Work with Suppliers and Vendors to get materials delivered on-time and stay within budget.
Requirements:
- Local in San Diego area
- 5+ years of experience
- Project Management of large-scale HVAC (Wet and Dry-side)
- Mid to Large Commercial HVAC Project experience
- Experience working with MS Excel, MS Project, BlueBeam, and Quickpen
Preferred:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- PE License
- Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks.
