Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. Support a diverse student population, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels, across three buildings near Clearfield, PA. This contract opportunity offers a well-balanced caseload, flexibility for virtual providers (with an SLPA support), and the chance to work closely with dedicated education teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate (CCC preferred)
• Experience in school-based SLP roles, serving K-12 students
• Ability to manage and organize a caseload split across multiple campuses
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Virtual providers must be eligible, and willing to coordinate with an on-site SLPA if needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group sessions (16 individual, 37 group, each 30 minutes)

• Deliver services across three schools (elementary, middle, high)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs and develop IEPs

• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports

• Engage regularly with educators, administrators, and families to foster student growth

• Adapt therapy strategies to accommodate both in-person and virtual platforms, if applicable

In this role, you will work 35 hours per week, supporting students to reach their fullest communication potential. The district is committed to filling this need but will provide notice if an internal candidate or direct hire is placed due to union guidelines.
