We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Gurugram, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Location: Gurugram / Noida (Hybrid)
Experience: 5-7 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across strategic transformation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring effective programme oversight, providing executive visibility, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling successful delivery through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Delivery

• Establish and manage programme governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
• Monitor programme performance across scope, timelines, quality, costs, and benefits realization.
• Lead governance reviews, steering committees, and executive forums.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and workstreams.

Executive Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports, portfolio summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Provide clear insights into programme progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial performance.
• Translate complex delivery information into actionable executive recommendations.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Maintain programme-level risk, issue, and dependency registers.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
• Escalate critical issues and blockers where required.
• Conduct programme health assessments and governance reviews.

Stakeholder & Portfolio Management

• Build and manage relationships with business leaders, sponsors, technology teams, vendors, and partners.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and resolve competing priorities.
• Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and promote continuous improvement and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Program Management

• Experience managing large-scale business transformation and technology programmes.
• Strong expertise in governance, planning, reporting, and programme controls.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Executive Communication

• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to create meaningful dashboards and programme insights.

Risk & Governance

• Strong experience managing enterprise risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of governance frameworks, controls, and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Education & Certifications

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
