Tax Appraisal Specialist — Property Valuation
Brunswick County
Brunswick County is looking for a Real Estate Appraiser to join its Tax Department in North Carolina. This role entails appraising land and residential buildings for tax purposes, requiring excellent communication skills and independent judgment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2 to 5 years of experience in property appraisal. The appraiser will also work with property owners and compute lot sizes and construction areas.
