About Us Summary Our Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing and screening potential employees, scheduling and performing interviews, and facilitating job offers, in addition to other standard Human Resources duties. They report directly to the Director of People and will have regular opportunities to increase their understanding of all functions of human resources through hands‑on experience. Job Skills and Requirements 2-3 years of recruiting experience required Experience with full-cycle recruiting Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Communicate effectively both in writing and orally Making decisions independently Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Excellent organizational and time management skills Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment This Position Reports To Director of People Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office Work Space Info This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements. Training Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required. Each incumbent is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling self‑aid/buddy‑aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks as requested, and serving on safety committees and teams as requested.
