What You’ll Do

• Implement High-Volume Digitalization: Operating state-of-the-art scanning hardware, you will digitize vital financial records, ensuring flawless image clarity and exact index alignment.

• Champion Data Security & Compliance: Serve as the first line of defense in client confidentiality by handling highly sensitive, classified documents in accordance with federal banking regulations.

• Drive Document Destruction Workflows: Manage the final phase of the document lifecycle by operating heavy-duty industrial shredding systems to guarantee complete end-of-life document destruction.

• Optimize Operations: Partner with branch leadership to systematically clear backlogged archives, transforming physical clutter into streamlined digital repositories.
