Manager Trainee

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences. Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures that crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed effectively, all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. Additional responsibilities include helping crew get off to a good start and maintaining recognition and motivation throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and have the passion to deliver excellent service. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
