A reputable financial firm is seeking a skilled and professional Client Service Associate to support financial advisors and manage back-end client account operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative support to a team of financial advisors
• Onboard and maintain new client accounts, optimizing operational efficiencies
• Enter client calls and manage all related documentation for completed deals
• Communicate with clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate at a financial services company or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
