What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently. Learn and master our client systems during your training period. Work remotely after your training while staying connected to our global team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with digital tools and remote work. Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
