Overview Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for a Welder to join our growing organization. Our Welders work in a team and use a hands‑on approach to successfully perform the welding of high‑quality industrial packaging machinery. Responsibilities Set up and run all required welding and cutting processes proficiently. Conform consistently to all welding, cutting, and finishing process requirements. Read and understand all blue‑prints. Accept and complete jobs efficiently. Qualifications Complete knowledge of weld symbols. Ability to build welding fixtures and familiarity with machining processes. Experience in a manufacturing setting (3‑5 years preferred). 1 year welding trade school and/or certification preferred. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints. Salary Range Base Salary Range: $18.00 – $23.00. Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision programs.
