We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Quincy, Florida. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service and products to our customers. As a Customer Service Rep, you will handle customer's orders, make perfect products, and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy. • Prepare all products according to recipes and procedures.
• Receive and process customer orders via telephone and in-person interactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing
• Enter customer information and order details into computer systems using keyboard or touch screen technology
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including calculating change and processing payments
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations, including cleaning.
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality products and efficient service

Qualifications

You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to handle cash and make accurate monetary change

**Required Experience:**

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
