Your Day-to-Day:

1. Follow up on Zillow leads promptly and consistently
2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations
3. Guide clients through the home search and transaction process
4. Host open houses and showcase listings
5. Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals
6. Stay sharp on local market trends and neighborhood knowledge

Requirements:

1. Active Real Estate License (required)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Previous sales experience (preferred, not required)
4. Drive, discipline, and a desire to win
