Overview of the Role

We are looking for aleaderwith a strong consultingtrack recordinselling and deliveringsupply chainand operationstransformations for industry will have experience inusing technology to find innovative solutions tothe issues facedin one or more of Consumer Products Retail Manufacturing (including Automotive) Life Sciences Aerospace & Defence and Energy Utilities industry particular theywill understandthe key supply chain challenges including globalisation productprocessand assetdigitisation and supply chainand have the deep experience of the transformation programme lifecycle from strategy through to implementation. They will be able todemonstratean active and well-informed knowledge of thefocussector/sand have an opinion on key trends having worked in a major consultancy or strategy organisation.

They will be part of the Supply Chain Transformation capability team which is a core part of our Intelligent Industry capability unit and at the forefront of digitisingengineeringmanufacturingand supply chains to improve productivity quality time-to-marketcostand sustainability.

• Developing propositions in supply chain strategymanufacturing digitalisationconsulting and technology and ensuring these are relevant andtimely.
• Acting as an authority and thought leaderinsupply chainand operationstransformation inone or more of our targetindustries.
• Contributing to the plan for effective development ofCapgeminisIntelligent Industry - Supply Chain Transformation capability team.
• Engaging atVPLevel with clients and potential clients.
• Ensuring effective delivery andtimelycompletion of projects in alignment with commercial goals.
• Working collaboratively with consultants in Supply Chain teams to ensure success.
• Contributing to the leadership and growth of the Supply Chain Transformation team and our Intelligent Industry practice.
• Leading members of the team in delivery to ensure their effective development.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $250000 - $350000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national state provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini in good faith believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include but are not limited to: Geographic location Education and qualifications Certifications and licenses Relevant experience and skills Seniority and performance Market and business consideration Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives bonuses or commissions depending on the position and applicable laws.
