Independent Sales Rep

Contact 20-30 business owners daily. Nurture relations and grow into closed or signed deals. Ensure new accounts follow onboarding process and start processing. What you'll be doing Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads Year 1: Top quartile clears $350K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
