Project AccountantA multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to help them provide exceptional accounting support to their project team at their Coppell, TX office.Your Day IncludesManaging project budgets, job costs, and financial tracking for insurance claims and restoration projectsPreparing project financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses for project managers and leadershipProcessing invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor payments, and vendor bills while maintaining accurate project recordsPreparing and submitting client and insurance carrier billings, ensuring timely invoicing and collectionsPerforming account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities while supporting cash flow managementMust HavesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field2–5 years of project accounting, construction accounting, insurance claims accounting, or related experienceExperience with job costing, project billing, and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelIn addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
