VP Senior Client Partner: Social First Agency Salary: $225,000–$250,000 annually About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading global digital marketing and creative agency seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner to lead high-profile client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee integrated social-first creative and production initiatives. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded individual who understands the intersection of social media, entertainment, creator marketing, creative production, content distribution, and performance prediction. Entertainment industry experience is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Own and grow senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Lead account strategy, commercial performance, revenue growth, and new business development. Oversee integrated social-first campaigns across creative, production, creator marketing, and distribution. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality work that meets client objectives. Drive operational excellence across complex, high-volume creative production workflows. Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships and develop new revenue streams. Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications & Experience Significant senior-level client leadership experience within a creative, social-first, digital, or integrated marketing agency. Required: Experience managing major entertainment, streaming, studio, or media clients. Strong understanding of social media, creator marketing, creative production, and content distribution. Proven track record of managing high-value accounts, driving organic growth, and generating new business. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication skills. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, high-volume agency environments. Ability to balance strategic client leadership with operational oversight and successful delivery. Collaborative, proactive leadership style with a solutions-oriented approach. Location & Compensation This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, with a mandatory hybrid work arrangement.
