Key responsibilities: Coordinate schedules for research participants, clinicians, researchers, and facilities; arrange research activities through email and phone communication. Recruit potential participants through local clinics, hospitals, and on- and off-campus outreach activities. Conduct initial participant screening and explain established research procedures. Support research procedures and participant testing in accordance with established protocols, ethical requirements, and department policies. Other Responsibilities In addition to the core responsibilities of this role, there may be occasional opportunities to take on additional duties. This offers an opportunity to build on your skills, explore new areas, and gain a deeper understanding of the department’s operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications Background supporting human subjects or clinical research activities. Familiarity with participant recruitment, screening, or research data collection. Proficiency using electronic databases to maintain research data, participant records, or study information. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally through written and verbal communication and establish and maintain productive working relationships with individuals and teams.
